Using false promises such as "cashback for fake transactions," "investment for profit," and "lottery-winning numbers calculated by a computing power algorithm platform," they lured the public into participating in so-called "high-return" schemes, committing fraud. In this regard, our company solemnly declares the following:

Ouitech (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. is an asset management platform focused on the upstream and downstream computing power industry as its core business.Our business scope does not involve any personal or individual services, and we have never conducted or authorized any third party to conduct "cashback for fake transactions," "investment for profit," "rebate schemes," or "lottery algorithms." Such acts and all resulting consequences are unrelated to our company.

We solemnly remind the public to stay vigilant, carefully distinguish false information, and never trust misleading promotions such as "high returns" or "guaranteed profits" to avoid financial losses. If you have already suffered losses due to similar fraudulent activities, please preserve all evidence immediately and report the case to your local public security authorities as soon as possible, in order to protect your legitimate rights and interests in a timely manner.

Regarding the above-mentioned illegal activities impersonating our company, we have comprehensively collected and preserved relevant evidence and have formally reported the matter to the public security authorities. We will actively cooperate with their investigation and will resolutely pursue the infringing parties' criminal and civil liabilities in accordance with the law.
