INTRODUCTION OF OUITECH

Ouitech was established in 2024 in Haidian District, Beijing, positioning itself as a professional new productivity asset management platform, offering expert consulting and operation management services for computing power infrastructure, data element production and trading, and AI industrialization solutions.

The company was founded by core team members from NVIDIA's Beijing AI Innovation Center and became a key ecosystem partner of SenseTime after receiving angel investment. It is one of the earliest teams in China for high-performance AI infrastructure and ecosystem operations, and the largest in the country for a single computing center construction and leasing agreement.

Ouitech has deep expertise in AI ecosystem operations, stable GPU supply channels, exclusive sales and co-research qualifications for a leading domestic GPU, a rich customer base, and reliable performance capabilities.

Founder/CEO of Ouitech & VP of SenseTime

10+ years in TMT as a journalist, planner, and investor, with successful angel to IPO exits.
Since 2022, led NVIDIA's "Innovation Empowerment Center" and became CEO of Beijing AI Innovation Center.
Built China’s first AGI full-stack ecosystem, achieving 800M+ in revenue and 100M+ in net profit in 12 months.
Bachelor's in Finance, Master's in Communication, PhD in International Political Economy.

Li Runfeng

10+ years in client management, sales, marketing, and channel expansion. Deep knowledge of NVIDIA's sales and operations, with extensive procurement channels. NVIDIA DLI foundation, theory, and practice certified. Master's in Marketing Management, EM Lyon Business School.

Qiu Ling

10+ years in finance and entrepreneurship, providing solutions to 100+ companies. Led computing cluster projects and cloud cooperation with top model companies. Dual Bachelor's in Economics and Art History (Smith College); Master's in Applied Psychology.

Chief Technical Expert, Technology Department

Huang Zhenyu

10+ years in AI, with patents in NLP and expertise in CUDA, Transformer; led multimodal LLM training and alternative computing power research. First to complete NVIDIA H-series optimization and release public test data; designed NVIDIA DGX network architecture. Bachelor's in Communication Engineering (University of Liverpool), Master's in Wireless Communication (University of Bristol).

Senior Operations Engineer, Technology Department

Gao Jian

15 years of experience in networking, storage, and cloud computing, with expertise in network architecture design, system operations, and optimization. Led multiple computing cluster designs and operations, each with over 1,000 nodes. Bachelor's in Computer Science, Jilin University.
